We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), Articles 52 et seq., consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of the date on which they take physical possession of the products, without providing any reason and without penalty.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify I 4 Tesori of their decision before the 14-day period expires, by contacting us via:

The communication must include:
- Customer's full name
- Order number
- Product(s) for which withdrawal is being exercised
- Preferred refund method (if different from the original payment method)
The Customer may use the standard withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.

4. Return of Products
4.1 After notifying withdrawal, the Customer must return the products within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice.
4.2 Products must be returned:
- In their original condition, unused and undamaged;
- In the original packaging (or suitable packaging to protect them during transit);
- Complete with all accessories, labels and documents included in the package.
4.3 The return address is:

4.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Seller.
4.5 The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
5. Refunds
5.1 Once the returned items have been received and inspected, the Seller will issue a full refund of the amount paid (including standard outbound shipping costs, if applicable) within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
5.2 The refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products are received or until the Customer provides proof of return shipment.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made products;
- Products that by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
7. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If the product received is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, the Customer must contact I 4 Tesori within 30 days of receipt at i4tesori@gmail.com, attaching:
- Order number;
- Description of the issue;
- Photos of the product and packaging.
In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller, and the Customer is entitled to replacement, repair, price reduction or full refund under the legal guarantee of conformity.
