2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of physical products through the I 4 Tesori website (hereinafter "the Site"). By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to end consumers (individuals acting for purposes unrelated to any trade, business, craft or professional activity) in accordance with Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on e-commerce.

3. Products and Availability

3.1 Products listed on the Site are subject to stock availability. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately represent the actual characteristics of the item.

3.2 The Seller reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time without prior notice.

3.3 If an ordered product becomes unavailable, the Seller will promptly notify the Customer by email and proceed with a full refund of any amount already paid within 14 business days.

4. Prices

4.1 All prices on the Site are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2 Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are clearly indicated during the checkout process, before the order is confirmed.

4.3 The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applied to an order will be the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Order Process

5.1 To make a purchase, the Customer must:

  • Select the desired product and add it to the cart;
  • Proceed to checkout by entering shipping and billing details;
  • Choose a payment method;
  • Confirm the order.

5.2 The order is considered finalised when the Customer receives an order confirmation email from the Seller. This email constitutes acceptance of the purchase offer.

5.3 The Seller reserves the right not to accept orders in the event of:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Errors in the published price or product description;
  • Failed or unverifiable payment.

6. Payments

6.1 Accepted payment methods are those displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

6.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. The Seller will not ship products before payment confirmation is received.

6.3 All online payments are processed through secure, certified platforms. The Seller does not store customers' credit card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Shipments are made exclusively within Italian territory.

7.2 Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

7.3 Free shipping is available on orders of €100.00 or more. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

7.4 The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or force majeure events.

7.5 Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the package. In the event of visible damage, the Customer must make a written note of reservation on the courier's delivery document before signing.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing any reason, in accordance with Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code).

9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold by I 4 Tesori are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 24 months as provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 128–135). In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to repair or replacement of the product, or alternatively to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products, to the extent permitted by Italian law.

11. Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, consumer customers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of this contract, the competent court shall be that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, in accordance with Article 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
