1. Shipping Destinations
I 4 Tesori ships exclusively within Italy (including islands).
International shipping is not currently available.
2. Shipping Costs

The exact shipping cost is clearly displayed during the checkout process, before the order is confirmed.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

| Sicily & Sardinia | 3–5 business days |

The times indicated are estimates and run from the moment the order is dispatched (not from the date of purchase). Delivery times may vary during public holidays or in the event of exceptional circumstances.
4. Order Processing
4.1 Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
4.2 Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a business day are usually processed the same day.
4.3 Orders placed after 12:00 noon, on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
5. Couriers
Shipments are handled by qualified national couriers. The courier assigned to each shipment depends on the destination and service availability at the time of the order.
6. Order Tracking
6.1 Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (where available) to monitor the delivery status.
6.2 Tracking can be followed directly on the courier's website.
7. Failed Delivery
7.1 If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification and attempt a second delivery, or deposit the parcel at a designated collection point.
7.2 If the parcel is not collected within the courier's specified timeframe, it will be returned to I 4 Tesori. In this case, the Customer will be contacted to arrange a new shipment (with possible additional costs) or a refund of the product less any shipping costs incurred.
8. Inspection Upon Receipt
Upon delivery, the Customer must:
- Check that the number of parcels matches what is indicated on the delivery note;
- Inspect the outer packaging for damage, moisture or tampering;
- In the event of visible damage, make a written note of reservation on the courier's delivery document before signing.
Damage not reported at the time of delivery may affect the Customer's ability to obtain a refund or replacement.

Delivery times are estimates only. I 4 Tesori is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather conditions, strikes or other force majeure events.
